Happy Reds birthday, Mike Stanton!

June 2, 1967

Not to be confused with the Mike Stanton who pitched from 1975 through 1985, or the Don’t-Call-Me-Mike-My-Name-Is-Giancarlo Stanton who looks to be on his way to Cooperstown, this Mike Stanton got his start in Atlanta in 1989 and pitched for 19 years in the major leagues, wrapping up his long career in Cincinnati in 2007.
