Happy Reds birthday, Jason Bourgeois!

January 4, 1982

Jason Bourgeois was a 2nd round draft pick for Texas in 2000, but has bounced around quite a bit during his career. In two seasons with the Reds, the outfielder batted .240 with 3 homers and 15 RBI. He previously played for the White Sox, Brewers, Astros, Royals, and Rays; he did not appear in the majors in 2016 but spent time in the Diamondbacks and White Sox minor league systems.
