Fun Cards: 1984 Topps Mark St. John

Mark St John guitarist for KISS

After Vinnie Vincent left KISS, Mark St. John took over lead guitar duties. He is featured on Animalize and appears in the video for “Heaven’s On Fire,” but only performed two full shows before he had to step down due to Reiter’s Syndrome. He then joined forces with David Donato, a former Black Sabbath singer, creating the band White Tiger. That group released one self-titled album in 1986.

St. John passed away on April 5, 2007, of a cerebral hemorrhage.

Purchase the self-titled White Tiger album.

Purchase KISS – Animalize.
