A most worthy mailday

Late last week, I put in an offer for a 1979 Indianapolis Indians team set on eBay. The seller was asking $25 + shipping. I offered $12 + shipping, and he accepted. I was a bit surprised, but happy nonetheless, because this set contained…

However, I would have to say the mail of the day came from JayBee of bdj610’s Topps Baseball Card Blog. He had mentioned some special cards that were offered through Target as a part of a “back-to-school” promotion several months ago, but I didn’t see the post until long after the cards were gone. He happened to have an extra one, and sent it to me along with some Griffeys from the Topps U&H set…

Thank you JayBee, and rest assured you will be getting something in return…I just have to figure out what!
