2011 Bengals (’86 Style): Jermaine Gresham

I’ve seen some pretty cool re-imaginings of baseball cards on the internet, so I decided to try my hand at tweaking a football card design that I loved as a kid: 1986 Topps. I understand that the green and white are supposed to represent the football field, but I always thought team colors would make it look better. Now that I’ve done it, I’m not sure that it does. Oh well, I’m sticking with it anyway!

The first touchdown of the Bengals season was a pass from rookie QB Andy Dalton (who should be able to play in Denver on Sunday) to TE Jermaine Gresham, a first-round pick for the striped ones in 2010.

  1. I’m a big Gresham fan. I think he’s going to be one of the best TEs in the league.
