Coats had a career game last Sunday with 4 catches for 32 yards. Yeah, that’s his career best. He also lost a fumble in the third quarter. I’m no expert, but it seems like the Bengals could use a better tight end. Not sure if they have anyone better on the bench, though. There is the highly-touted third round pick Chase Coffman, who has not seen any action yet. But if you watched Hard Knocks on HBO, you know that he’s still got some work to do.
