I’m in the process of putting together a setlist for my October 25 radio show which will focus on horror-themed hard rock music. I’ve already got some Twisted Sister, Iron Maiden, and Alice Cooper lined up, among others. If you have any suggestions, feel free to leave them in the comments. Keep in mind that this is a hard rock show. No pop (sorry Michael Jackson), no oldies (so forget “Monster Mash”), and we don’t get too heavy (in other words, no “cookie monster” vocals). Ideas?

Doesn’t quite fit with hard rock, but most all the Misfits songs were horror related. Maybe one of the Metallica Misfits covers?
I like the Misfits, but like you said not really the type of hard rock I normally play. I tend to go with the 80s hair metal, with a little bit of classic hard rock and some thrash (but not much). I will look into Metallica and see if anything fits, and if not I may break a rule or two and rock out some Misfits.
Runnin with the Devil by Van Halen sounds like it’s right up your alley.
